REMEMBER TO PASS ON THE EMAIL SENT TO YOU TO ANY MUSICIANS YOU KNOW WHO MAY BE INTERESTED IN CONTRIBUTING.

Double click on THE TEMPLATE link to open, then save to your disc or Download by right clicking and "save target as" onto your disc.
You will see in the template that there are areas to fill in with whatever you would like to put forward. You can send any number of templates you want, the more the better. Please remember to include any images you have. The images can be what ever you think relates best to what your submitting.

Once you have completed your templates send them to me as an attachment to: info@cookin.org.uk. We will keep everyone posted of next stage via email. The aim is to get all completed templates in by end of August 2006. We  really appreciate your time to contribute to this and I hope you will be as excited as we are to see the final result.
